The name Sprint Partners is inspired by James' experience representing Great Britain in Sprint Triathlon (and being a partner to clients, helping them sprint toward their goals). He has competed at the World and European Championships and ranked as high as 15th in his age group.
Success builds on simple habits – eat, sleep, train, repeat. In business, looking after yourself and mastering the fundamentals (especially sleep, which is tough for parents!) can lay the foundation for sustainable success.
In triathlon, you aim for one or two big races a year but break these down into hundreds of micro-goals along the way. The same applies to growing a business. Incremental progress compounds over time.
