You’ve probably seen the wild visuals doing the rounds from Google’s Nano Banana Pro. I had a play by uploading my report, The Growth Divide, and turning it into a whiteboard… 🤯
The output was spot on: sharp analysis, clean design, eerily lifelike. Exactly the sort of thing that speeds up early-stage strategic thinking and creative scene-setting.
But the real leap is in what Nano Banana Pro can handle: richer visuals, complex scripts, and proper support for marketing, comms and design teams. Faster analysis, strategic synthesis, help with ideation, better storytelling etc. – allowing teams to think bigger and spend more time with clients.
AI’s always had the speed advantage, but the quality is catching up fast. In an industry where speed and craft define the growth divide, tools like this seriously widen the gap for anyone who knows how to use them well.
A gigantic leap forward – probably the biggest since Photoshop came on the scene – and good to see safety baked in too with watermarking and metadata for transparency around AI-generated content.

I attended the fantastic Moore Kingston Smith LLP annual agency survey event last night, which painted a very clear picture: the agencies winning today – and those positioned to win tomorrow – are the ones behaving like high-performance teams. A quick reminder for anyone shaping their 2026 plans: vision means nothing without delivery. But in the same weekend, one of the sport’s headline […]

I spent today at the Festival of New Business – Pimento‘s inaugural event for independent agencies – and it was great. My biggest takeaway? Most agencies are just not good at their own sales and marketing, despite being great at marketing their clients. For years, many have relied on reputation and referrals. But in a saturated, […]
