From Hospital Bed to T100 London Champion in 98 Days 🤯

Just 98 days ago, Hayden Wilde’s season looked more than over.

While training in Japan, he was knocked off his bike by a truck – suffering four broken ribs, a broken scapula, and a punctured lung. Injuries that would sideline most athletes for over a year.

This weekend, Wilde didn’t just return to racing – he won the T100 triathlon in London. His comeback wasn’t luck. It was built on three things every athlete, business leader, or team can relate to:

➡️ Dig deep – when you’re hurting, mentally or physically, you find strength you didn’t know you had.
➡️ Stick to the plan – recovery isn’t guesswork; it’s discipline, consistency, and doing the right things even when progress feels slow.
➡️ Believe in the finish – keep your eyes on where you’re going, not just where you are.

If you’ve got a tough week or challenging time ahead, remember: you can push through. You can rebuild. And you can come back stronger.
