Sprint Partners has today announced the appointment of Lynn Louca as Partner, where she will lead the consultancy’s Marketing and New Business offer for agencies and brands. In this role, she will oversee marketing, new business and lead generation services, while also supporting brand clients with strategic communications planning and capability building.

Louca joins Sprint Partners from WPP’s Clarion Communications, where over a 14-year career she rose to Managing Partner and Head of Growth. She was instrumental in helping to deliver consecutive years of double-digit growth, a 75% average pitch conversion rate, and a fifteen-place climb up the PRWeek Top 150 league table in 2025. She also led Aldi’s consumer communications programme for more than a decade.

Lynn Louca, Partner, Sprint Partners, said: “Having spent my career agency-side, I know first-hand how rarely the day job leaves founders and leadership teams the time or headspace to work on their own growth strategies. That’s exactly where Sprint Partners comes in.

“This is a pivotal moment for the business. The reputation Sprint Partners has built for delivering real impact is strong, and there’s real opportunity to take that even further.

“I’m looking forward to helping agencies unlock smarter, faster growth, whether that’s sharpening how they pitch, building a steadier pipeline or getting the right team around them, and helping brands build more effective, high-performing marketing strategies and agency partnerships.”

Since launching at the beginning of 2025, Sprint Partners has worked with several independent and network agencies and brands, delivering projects spanning fractional Board, NED and CMO advisory; value proposition refreshes and rebrands; pitch conversion and delivery support; AI consultancy and platform development; new business and marketing strategy; and lead generation.

Louca’s appointment will enable Founder and CEO James Thomlinson to focus on strategic business advisory and AI transformation services, working closely with agency and brand founders, CEOs, CMOs and senior leadership teams to drive high-performance growth, operational efficiency and commercial impact.

James Thomlinson, Founder and CEO, Sprint Partners, said: “Lynn is one of the standout growth leaders in our industry – a rare blend of strategic thinking, commercial sharpness and relentless drive. I’m genuinely excited to welcome her as an Equity Partner in the business.

“This is a big moment. Bringing in top talent like Lynn is exactly how we plan to scale, and I’m confident her appointment will not only strengthen our offer but also attract other exceptional people to join us on this journey.”

Her appointment is the fourth hire for Sprint Partners, which has also recently brought on Muhsin Hussain as AI and Automation Consultant, and Callum Phelps and Sarisha Ganesan as Marketing Executives.

Sprint Partners is the official Growth and New Business Partner for the PRCA in the UK and MENA. The consultancy was recently crowned a winner in the Independent Impact 50 awards, in recognition of its work building a high-performance consultancy model designed to power the next generation of agency and brand growth.
