A quick reminder for anyone shaping their 2026 plans: vision means nothing without delivery.

This week, the PTO and the Saudi Federation signed an MoU in Riyadh to accelerate triathlon from grassroots to elite level – a clear sign of big ambition and long-term investment.

But in the same weekend, one of the sport’s headline events was thrown into chaos by basic operational failures: timing errors, lap miscounts, confused results and frustrated athletes. A useful lesson for any business:

✅ The ambition was there.
✅ The budget was there.
❌ The execution wasn’t.

I see this every week with agencies and brands. Strong ideas. Strong intentions. But delivery systems, processes and team rhythm that simply can’t keep pace with the vision.

As you plan for 2026, a few things to keep front of mind:

• Don’t just design the plan – pressure test it
• Technology should strengthen, not strain, delivery
• Build operational gears that match your ambition
• Sustainable rhythm beats constant red-lining
• Your promise is only as strong as your ability to deliver it

This is exactly why we built the Sprint Accelerator Model – helping teams move through the right zones at the right time so strategy becomes consistent, high-performance execution.

If you want an external POV to sharpen your plan and set your team up to deliver at the level you expect in 2026, we’re here. Sometimes finding the next gear is simply about changing the rhythm…
